The document "Our Strategy" was adopted by resolution No. 12 of the 13th National Congress of Delegates OZZ Inicjatywa Pracownicza, which took place on February 24-25 2024 in Poznań. This resolution defines the most important principles that guide our trade union in its activities – both on the level of individual workplaces as well as regional structures, industry structures, and national authorities of the Inicjatywa Pracownicza.
