- Dział: English news
The Court has changed the procedure of the Kaczmarek's dismissal from disciplinary one into normal. The compensation has been also sentenced- an equivalent of the one salary. It means that officially we have won the case, although the main demand of the Workers's Initiative Trade Union was re-engaging Kaczmarek again. So we reject the sentence and we are going to appeal it.
Slawomir Kaczmarek is one of fired workers supported by the Committee for the Aid and Defence of Victimised Workers. Krzysztof Labadz from KWK Budryk and Darek Skrzypczak from Goplana Poznan have been already re-engaged. The sentence in the case of Jacek Rosolowki, fired for a attempt to start a trade union in the Impel-Tom company, is going to be given probably on the 10th of October 2006.
The solidarity demonstration with Slawomir Kaczmarek and workers of the temporary job agencies is going to take place on the 26th of October in Lodz. The march is starting in front of the Uniontex company on Tymienieckiego street. The Workers' Initiative Trade Union is calling its members and supporters for the mass participation.
