The report "High Culture - Low Wages" was written by members of Workers' Initiative Trade Union (Inicjatywa Pracownicza) working in public cultural institutions based in Warsaw. It gathers data concerning wages, pay inequalities and frequency of elastic forms of employment (civil-law contracts and self-employment). On this basis, it formulates demands for the necessary changes with regards to the conditions of employment in the sector.
